Payment
You can use the most used payment cards with us, among others. Visa, Visa Electron, Visa / Dankort and Mastercard. We do not charge card fees.
All amounts are settled in DKK, EUR, SEK, NOK, GBP and incl. VAT.
The money is captured when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping
Electronic products are sent by e-mail delivery. (immediately)
We use GLS as a freight supplier, and all our shipments are sent as a package.
Expected delivery time is 1-3 days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day we enter into the agreement.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from when we enter into the agreement to let us know that you want to cancel the agreement. You can send an email to Support@instantcdkey.com or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 21 days from the day we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Right of complaint
The rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods, but not services. This means that you basically do not have a 2-year right to make a complaint.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name
Address
Phone number.
Email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to provide the service to you.
The personal information is registered with Insantcdkey and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data controller at instantcdkey.com is Insantcdkey. You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
